ALMANYA’DA YAYINLANAN YABNCI DİL OLARAK TÜRKÇE ÖĞRETİMİ DERS KİTAPLARIN ANALİZİ Türkçenin ana dil, köken dil, birinci ve yabancı dil olarak öğretimi, Almanya’da gittikçe önem kazanmaktadır. Dil öğretiminde ders kitaplarının, dersin genel ve özel amaçlarının belirlenmesinde, ders planının uygulanmasında, öğretilecek konunun seçilerek konuya verilecek ağırlık ile konunun aşamalarının saptanmasında, dersin yöntemi ile sınıf içi öğrenci ve öğretmen davranışlarının düzenlenmesinde, ders araç ve gereçlerinin seçiminde önemli işlevi vardır. Öğrenme teorileri ve dil öğretimindeki yeni yaklaşımlar, ders kitaplarının geliştirilmesi gereğini ortaya koymuştur. Türkçe dersinin etkili ve verimli bir şekilde düzenlenmesi konusunda bu denli önemli olan ders kitaplarını analiz edebilmek için, kitabın yazımında etkili olan faktörler ele alınarak, belirtilen faktörlerin birbiri ile ilişkisi incelenmektedir. Toplumun okul ve branşa ilişkin görüşü, eğitim ile ilgili yaklaşımlar, Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretimi teorileri, dilbilimi, metin bilimi ve ülke bilgisi alanındaki gelişmeler, yabancı dil olarak Türkçenin ders planı ve programı gibi faktörler dikkate alınılarak, bu makalede belirtilen Türkçe ders kitapları incelenmiştir. Diakronik yaklaşıma göre ders kitapları kullanıldıkları ülkeye, gruba ve zamana uygun olarak yazılmalıdır. Ders kitaplarının bilimsel olarak analizi, disiplinler arası bir çalışmayı gerektirir. Son on yıl içinde yapılan ders kitapları analizi, kitapta yer alan dilbilgisi konuları ve ülke bilgisine ilişkin araştırmalar, ders kitabının öğrenme sürecine ve etkili öğrenmeye etkisi, yöresel ders kitapları, yabancı dil dersi ile ders kitabı arasındaki ilişkisi gibi konuları içermektedir. Ayrıca ders kitabı analizi ile ilgili araştırmalar, kitapların oluşumu aşamasındaki koşul ve faktörleri incelemektedir. Ayrıca makalede bu denli önemli işlevi olan ve Almanya’da yayınlanan Yabancı dil olarak Türkçe ders kitapları analiz edilerek Türkçe öğrenmek isteyen yabancılara rehberlik etmek amaçlanmıştır. The teaching of Turkish as the mother tongue, first language, and first and foreign language is gaining importance in Germany. In language teaching, textbooks have an important function in determining the general and specific objectives of the course, in the implementation of the lesson plan, in the selection of the subject to be taught, in determining the weight to be given to the subject and the stages of the subject, in the method of the lesson, in the regulation of student and teacher behaviour in the classroom, and in the selection of teaching aids and materials. Learning theories and new approaches in language teaching have revealed the need to develop textbooks. To analyse the textbooks that are so important for the effective and efficient organization of the Turkish lesson, the factors that are effective in the writing of the book are discussed and the relationship between these factors is examined. The Turkish textbooks mentioned in this article are analysed by considering factors such as the society's opinion about the school and the branch, approaches related to education, theories of teaching Turkish as a foreign language, developments in the fields of linguistics, text science and country knowledge, lesson plan and program of Turkish as a foreign language. According to the diachronic approach, textbooks should be written in accordance with the country, group, and time in which they are used. Scientific analysis of textbooks requires an interdisciplinary study. Textbook analyses conducted in the last ten years include research on grammar topics and country information, the effect of the textbook on the learning process and effective learning, regional textbooks, and the relationship between the foreign language course and the textbook. In addition, research on textbook analysis examines the conditions and factors in textbook formation. In addition, the article aims to guide foreigners who want to learn Turkish by analysing Turkish as a foreign language textbook published in Germany, which has such an important function.
