Özet

Aim: Until now, the association between subepicardial adipose tissue ( SAT), insulin resistance and intima-media thickness (IMT) has not been evaluated in obese children. In this study, we evaluated whether echocardiographic SAT is related to insulin resistance and IMT in obese children.
