The primary science curriculum suggests that evaluation and assessment in the schools must be done regarding cognitive, affective and psychomotor skills of the students. However, the cognitive skills are mostly assessed and evaluated in the primary science courses. Therefore it is important to determine kind of assessed and evaluated cognitive skills by the science teachers. In this study, the exam papers prepared by 45 science teachers are collected and analyzed according to the levels of Bloom Taxonomy. The results showed that most of the exam questions are at the level of knowledge and comprehension.
