Abstract

Brucellosis primarily affects the reticuloendothelial system. Nausea, vomiting, elevated liver enzymes and hepatomegaly are gastrointestinal symptoms of brucellosis. The disease rarely presents with epigastric pain. We would like to present three brucellosis cases presenting with elevated liver enzymes and epigastric pain. Klimik Dergisi 2014; 27(1): 30-2.
