In the scheduling of construction projects., not only minimizing the total project time, but also the efficient usage of required resources and the efficient selection of the procedures used in each process are important Issues. In this study, to improve these issues as I whole, firstly, the bi-objective resource constrained project scheduling problem With Multiple modes (rc-PSP/mM) are mathematically formulated. In this rc-PSP/mM model, objectives are minimizing total project time and smoothing the usage Of required resources. Following, to solve this NP-hard optimization problem, a new random key-based genetic algorithm is proposed together with fuzzy logic controller to regulate the genetic parameters during evolutionary process. Finally, in order to evaluate the performance, the proposed method is demonstrated oil some standard project instances, and the experimental results will be analyzed comparing with their methods.
