Özet

Purpose: The Dokuz Eylul University Drug and Poison Information Center (DEUDPIC) has been serviced 24 hours a day and 7 days a week as a regional poison information center for 1993-2011. Our activities continue as an institutional service on regular working hours on weekdays only since 2012. We aimed to evaluate service capacity of a regional poison and drug information center by analyzing data in 2014.
