Abstract

Our patient developed fever, painful lymphadenomegaly, and elevated acute phase markers shortly after introduction of mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) for treatment of lupus nephritis. Her symptoms developed acutely and regressed in the same manner after discontinuation of MMF.
