Özet

This case, is detected to have suboartic stenosis during assessment of cardiac murmur and was also diagnosed as fetal alcohol syndrome based on the history and typical manifestations. We present this case in order to report the previously not mentioned association of fetal alcohol syndrome and to subaortic stenosis and draw attention to fetal alcohol spectrum disorders because of the observation that alcohol consumption is increasing among women in our country as well.
