Özet

We have examined the dynamic hysteresis characteristics and phase transition behavior of permalloy nanodisk with three different shapes, which are controlled by a metric order parameter, using the OOMMF micromagnetic simulation program based on the solution of the Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equation by finite difference numerical method approach. The hysteresis loop area, remanent magnetization, and coercive field values of the permalloy disk have been obtained as functions of the frequency and amplitude of the external sinusoidal magnetic field. In accordance with the simulation results obtained, a transition from a dynamically disordered phase to a dynamically ordered phase has been observed after a certain frequency value, and the phase transition region moved towards higher frequency values with increasing field amplitude. The triggered dynamical orders in other directions than the field have been observed for different frequency intervals. According to the shape effect of soft magnetic material, permalloy disk on dynamic behavior has been slowly reflected when the shape is concave.
