Considering the rapid increase in the world population, it is inevitable that the need for food
will increase. Although the use of new technologies in agriculture seems to improve productivity, this
improvement decreases over time and we are faced with the depletion of natural resources as a result of
technology. While trying to increase efficiency, production should be done with the thought of protecting natural resources. In order to get maximum efficiency from the garden to be built, first of all, great
importance should be given to the selection of the land. While climate, soil structure, water and location
of the land are very important as ecological factors, factors such as transportation, water and energy
should also be considered as economic factors. Then, the soil structure should be analyzed well. Air and
water ratios of mineral and organic substances in the soil are very important. In this study, the integrated
use of multi-criteria decision making and game theory is addressed to solve land selection problem. The
establishment of the game payoff matrix is provided by using Fuzzy TOPSIS. Evaluation criteria and
strategies are determined and the properties of the land are evaluated according to the demands of the
producer and the proximity coefficients are obtained.
