Abstract

The context of software quality movement determines boundaries of ''change'' for software development organizations. In this paper we analyze the context of software quality movement in terms of its assumptions and difficulties. In the light of research in software quality movement and analogous research in business management field we outline a complementary approach to resolve some of these difficulties.
