In our age where the phenomenon of change is an indisputable fact, effectiveness of organizations' financial and physical capital and forces to be able to produce results is directly proportional to the competence and the effectiveness of human resources. While the importance of the technology and financial structures for organizations is undisputed, the power tranforming to efficiency and performance depends on the voluntary synergistic effects of employees. For this purpose, organizations requires leadership which includes "motivation, power generation, creating synergy and licence" and provides active management. In this article, the phenomenon of human resources management in organizations and Compass Type (360 °) Leadership Model which is based on the humanoriented communication and a social concept, and theory of Integrated leadership are aimed at comparative analysis. © EuroJournals, Inc. 2012.
