Laparoscopy is widely used in diagnosis and treatment of the urogenital diseases of the children. Naturally vesicoureteral reflux (VUR), the most common urinary disease of the childhood, got into the field of laparoscopy. Herein, we aimed to present our first laparoscopic Lich-Gregoir procedure. A 8 years old girl with a grade 4 bilateral VUR had underwent bilateral laparoscopic Lich-Gregoir anireflux procedure. With a smooth peroperative and postoperative period, the patient was discharged at the fifth postoperative day. There was no VUR detected on her long time follow up. Laparoscopic Lich-Gregoir technique is a suitable laparoscopic antireflux procedure where it could be performed extraperitoneally or transperitoneally. With the aid of the scope vision, the excess and harmfull dissection at the posterior of the bladder could be prevented. Laparoscopic Lich-Gregoir technique should be considered as one of the chaises among the antireflux procedures.
