Within the scope of the TUBITAK 1001 project numbered 219M394, polymer matrix fiber-reinforced composites have been developed to be used in the reinforcement of reinforced concrete elements. The performance of composites in eliminating the bending and shear deficiencies of reinforced concrete beams has been investigated.
