Abstract

In buildings, which represent a significant proportion of energy demand, it is of crucial to manage energy as well as to use it efficiently and effectively.  In this study, a simulation application has been developed to determine energy consumption in buildings and to understand the results of new energy policies. With the proposed platform, it is aimed to measure the energy consumption values between places that contain IoT technologies and where these technologies are not applied, and make them available to decision makers. The platform performs simulations of different energy consumption scenarios, including the effects of IoT functions, without reducing the quality of life of users in buildings. In line with the determination of the results of the simulation values to be obtained in different scenarios, it has been tried to create a decision support software that will support the decision making of the managers.
