Participated as an invited expert in an international workshop organized under the International Maritime Organization (IMO) framework to contribute to discussions on the development and regulatory improvement of the Polar Code. The workshop brought together a limited number of global experts (approximately 20 participants) and involved intensive technical discussions over one week to support policy-making and regulatory processes.
