In garment industry, the new trend is to switch from mass production to (personal) custom fit production. The Made-to-Measure (M.T.M.) system is one of the important developments of this trend. Using this technology, manufacturers can rapidly produce models with the customer's body measurements. In this study a software tool has been developed to help customers and manufacturers for custom fit production. Customers can easily take their body measurements with this tool. It contains short video clips for taking correct body measurements; it also contains facilities for taking and sending information about model types, and customer information to the manufacturers. So manufacturers can easily and rapidly produce custom fit models using the transferred information. The idea is to prepare a user-friendly software for having customer body measurements in their houses via personal computers and other communication appliances. In order to create a cost effective solution, internet infrastructure is chosen.
